Hazem AlTajjar received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the prestigious Romanian University of Carol Davila, back in 2011. Shortly after completing his education, Dr. AlTajjar decided to immigrate to Canada in search of better opportunities.  Once here, his admiration for nature and love for the outdoors found him situated in Northern Ontario (Atikokan and Thunder Bay), where he and his family briefly called home for the past 4 years.

Dr. AlTajjar has a passion for practicing all aspects of dentistry. His goal is to provide the best possible dental care for his patients, as he continuously participates in continuing education courses to ensure his skills and techniques are at the forefront of the dental industry. Dr. AlTajjar firmly believes that prevention is the best medicine, and showcases this through educating his patients in a positive and collaborative manner. Dr. AlTajjar feels both fortunate and privileged to serve the St. Thomas community while also calling it his new home! Making sure it’s many smiles receive the care they deserve. And most importantly, Dr. AlTajjar is looking forward to personally getting to know his patients and each of their unique stories along the way!

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. AlTajjar is most happy when spending time with his beloved wife and daughter, Rouba and Layan, who tend to keep him busy!
